Initial Property Audit – We begin our service with a thorough walkthrough of the entire property to evaluate the flooring and the different challenges you and your staff may be experiencing with your floor maintenance cleaning. We then give a written quote (not estimate) for the initial cleaning service.

Initial Cleaning – A certified, uniformed technician will arrive 20 min. before the scheduled start time to begin preparation for the job. The scheduled time is determined by you, the client, for the most convenient time for the business. We then apply a non-toxic emulsifier to help break down the soil, followed by a cleaning process on of high heat, controlled water pressure, and extraction to remove the contaminants and reclimate to a sanitary drain. After the cleaning process is complete, we walk with you through the cleaned areas for a final inspection.

Maintenance Cleanings – After the initial cleaning has been completed, we recommend a maintenance cleaning plan for your floor cleaning. The frequency for this will depend on your particular needs which include the amount of foot traffic, environmental conditions, and in-house cleaning frequency. We will also work with your staff in regard to cleaning solutions and best practices.
